Yahoo! Global Sales Conference (GSC) 2013 & 2014 mobile application
Phosphorus Media worked with Yahoo! and LDJ Productions to produce a custom mobile audience response application. Speakers of the Global Sales Conference (GSC) were given the opportunity to ask several multiple-choice questions to the 1,400 members in attendance.
Prior to the conference, participants were prompted to use the downloaded audience response tool to submit their vote to the questions presented. In real-time the accumulation of individual audience votes would animate and build each sphere size, representing the percentage of votes per plausible solution. Large projection screens were used to display the corresponding answers. Additional features include the ability for the audience to ask the speaker a question via their mobile device. Questions were filtered and displayed on the conference video wall, in real-time, for the speaker to either disregard or respond to.
